A Little About Me
I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience across public mental health, education, and private practice.
My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based psychological practice and tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each individual. I draw from a range of effective therapeutic strategies to support emotional wellbeing, build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and foster meaningful change.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and personalised. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify what is most important to you, and work towards outcomes that support a more balanced, connected, and fulfilling life.

The Meaning Behind My Logo
The Tree of Life is central to my practice, reflecting the values that guide my work: connection, balance, and growth.

Inspired by nature, family, and community, the Tree of Life symbolises how our lives and experiences are interconnected. Its roots reflect our connection to ourselves, our relationships, values, and stories. The trunk represents balance, strength, stability, and resilience, while the branches and leaves symbolise our capacity to heal, adapt, and flourish.

Like a tree supported by its roots and growing through each season, meaningful change happens when we feel grounded, connected, and supported.

This philosophy guides my approach to helping people build insight, resilience, and wellbeing as they move towards a more fulfilling life.
