Perinatal & Parenting Support
Perinatal mental health is a particular passion of mine. I support individuals and families from pre-conception, through pregnancy, and into the postnatal period who may be experiencing postnatal depression, anxiety and difficulties with the adjustment to parenthood. With over a decade of experience across perinatal community programs, mother–baby units, and private practice, my work is strongly informed by attachment theory.
I focus on strengthening the connection between parents and their babies, supporting emotional well-being while navigating the many changes that come with parenthood. I’m also a Circle of Security Parenting™ facilitator, guiding families in building secure, responsive, and nurturing relationships.
Clinical Supervision
I'm an AHPRA board-approved supervisor and offer clinical supervision for registered psychologists, clinical psychology registrars and other health professionals. My supervision style is warm, reflective, and growth-focused, supporting both clinical skill development and professional confidence. Connect with me to discuss your supervision needs.
