What will it cost?

Referrals

I am currently accepting new clients and welcome referrals through a range of pathways, including:

​

• GP referral with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) to access Medicare rebates

• Private Health Insurance (where psychological services are included in your level of cover)

• NDIS self-managed or plan-managed funding

• Third-party funding arrangements (e.g., EAP, WorkCover or TAC - where approved)

• Private self-funded appointments

 

Fees

Standard Consult (50 mins)

As of July 1 2026, the fee for a standard psychology consultation is $250.00.

Clients who have a valid MHCP and referral from their GP are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of $100.95.

Third- Party Funded Services

Psychological services are available through approved third-party funding, including NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Where funding has been approved, please discuss your funding arrangements when booking your appointment (gap fees may apply).

 

Payments & Rebates

​

Full payment of $250.00 is required on the day of your appointment.

• In-clinic appointments: EFTPOS payments accepted (cash payments are not available).

• Telehealth appointments: Payment can be made via direct deposit.

Medicare rebates are processed following payment and are typically deposited into your nominated bank account from Medicare within 24 hours.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

​

Due to high demand, a strict cancellation and non-attendance policy applies. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, two days’ notice is required so the appointment can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

From 1 July 2026, a $150 fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellation on the day of the appointment, or non-attendance at a confirmed appointment, requires payment of the full fee. Payment must be made before any future appointments are scheduled.
